Sign in to the admin
The Phoenix admin lives at admin.cadenzabox.com.
Sign in
- Open admin.cadenzabox.com.
- Enter your email address and password and click Log in.
- You land on Catalog → Tracks, the admin’s home page. An account whose only role is a user, content, or ingestion admin lands on that area instead.
If the details are wrong the card shakes and a Wrong email or password message appears. After ten failed attempts in 24 hours an account is locked; ask a colleague with admin access to unlock it, see Unlock a user’s account.
Forgotten your password?
There is no reset link on the admin sign in page. Use Forgotten password? on your client site, which uses the same account, or ask another admin to set a new password for you, see Reset a user’s password.
Who can sign in
Only accounts with an admin role can use the admin. Any other account is told Not allowed to enter admin and stays on the sign in page.
Stay signed in
Your session is kept for a week. Choose Log out at the bottom of the sidebar to end it sooner.
